FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Licensure by Examination:

  • Application: $100.00 fee payable to the Professional Licensing Agency.
  • Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP): $504.00. DO NOT SUBMIT THE EPPP FEE TO THE Professional Licensing Agency. The Professional Examination Service will assess it. Prometric will also assess an administration fee when you schedule your examination with Prometric.
  • The fee for a temporary permit to practice psychology is $50.

Licensure by Endorsement:

  • $100.00 application fee payable to the Professional Licensing Agency.

Cost of Endorsement as a Health Service Provider in Psychology:

  • $100.00 application fee payable to the Professional Licensing Agency.

Renewal of license:

  • $100.00 every two years, due by August 31 of even-numbered years.

Renewal of license that has been expired for up to three years:

  • $150.00 late fee plus all past due and current renewal fees

Renewal of license that has been expired for more than three years:

  • Please contact the board office for information.

Verification of licensure status to another state:

  • $10.00 for each state to which information is to be sent.
