Fee Schedule effective March 13, 2002
Cost for certification by examination:
$100.00 application fee payable to the Professional Licensing Agency, plus cost of purchasing the examination payable to the examination service.
Cost for certification by endorsement or credentials:
$100.00 application fee payable to the Professional Licensing Agency.
Renewal of certification:
$100.00 every two years, due by December 31 of even-numbered years.
Application fee for temporary permit:
$50 payable to the Professional Licensing Agency.
Renewal of a certification that has been expired for up to three years:
$100.00 plus $50.00 late fee
Renewal of a certification that has been expired for more than three years:
Please contact the committee office for information.
Verification of certification status to another state:
$10.00 for each state to which information is to be sent.
