| Who Can Subscribe to the IPDC Website
Anyone involved in criminal defense may subscribe to our web site.
Members of the Indiana Public Defender Council may subscribe for
free. Private criminal defense attorneys and non-attorney criminal
defense professionals may subscribe for a one-time fee of $25.00.
Subscribers may not be engaged in any law enforcement or
prosecution activities of any kind, whether direct or indirect.
How to Obtain a Password to our Site
Print the internet subscription form (pdf
or html), complete and mail or FAX (317-232-5524)
it to the Council. If you have questions, e-mail Loretta
Jackson or call her at 317-232-2490. Subscribers will receive
a password to access the restricted area of our website. You may
also sign up for our listservs (see below)
using this form.

- IPDC Casebank (fully searchable folio infobase containing over
6000 case summaries)
- IPDC Expert Directory
- IPDC Membership Directory
- Jury Instructions
- Defense motions and pleadings
- FAQs analyzing current legal topics of interest to defense attorneys
- Index of articles in the Indiana Defender since 1980
- Past issues of the Indiana Defender
- Memorandum on handling a Life Without Parole (LWOP) case, with
supplementary documents
- Memorandum on handling a Death Penalty case, with supplementary
documents
