NIPSCO Electric Rate Case
Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) is seeking to modify its base rates and charges for electric utility service in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43526. NIPSCO filed a 14-page petition initiating this case on June 27, 2008. The petition is available in PDF format by clicking here.
NIPSCO is currently scheduled to file testimony and exhibits in this case on August 29, 2008. The OUCC is currently scheduled to complete its review of the utility's proposal and file testimony on April 17, 2009.
An IURC public field hearing in this case will be held in Gary, at a time, date and location to be determined.
