L.M.H. Utilities Corp. Rate Case

L.M.H. Utilities Corp., which provides sewage disposal service in Dearborn County, is seeking to increase its rates and charges in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43431.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed testimony in this case on June 16, 2008, recommending that L.M.H. be granted slightly less than one-third of its rate request, based on the agency's review of the case and the evidence available at this time.
