Bargersville Municipal Water Rate Case
On December 21, 2007, the Town of Bargersville filed a petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) requesting authority to issue bonds and seeking a change in its municipal water utility's rates and charges. The case is docketed as IURC Cause No. 43410. The town's 5-page petition is available in PDF format by clicking here.
On March 20, 2008, the town filed a motion to stay the proceedings in this case. The IURC granted the stay on March 26.
