Ramsey Water Company rate case

On June 11, 2008, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued a final order in Cause No. 43413, approving a settlement agreement between Ramsey Water Company and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC).

An OUCC news release inviting written consumer comments was issued on February 29.
