Community Natural Gas Rate Case
The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued an interim order on May 28, 2008, approving a settlement agreement between Community Natural Gas Co., Inc. and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC).

An OUCC news release inviting written consumer comments was issued on February 22.
