Indiana Michigan Power Rate Case

Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) is seeking an increase in its base rates and charges in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43306. Links to electronic copies of I&M's testimony in this case are available below.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is currently reviewing I&M's case-in-chief. The OUCC and intervening parties are scheduled to file testimony in this case on August 1, 2008, with technical evidentiary hearings being held in Indianapolis in May and October.

I&M customers who wish to provide written comments in this case are invited to do so via the OUCC Website. Case-related comments should include the consumer's name, mailing address, and a reference to IURC Cause No. 43306. An IURC public field hearing in this case was held in Fort Wayne on July 8, 2008.
