Fremont Sewer Case
In Cause Nos. 44925 and 44940, the Town of Clear Lake and the Steuben Lakes Regional Water District asked the IURC to:
- Review the Town of Fremont's wholesale rates for sewage disposal service, and
- Review the Town of Fremont's retail rates on customers outside of the Town's corporate limits.
