Vectren North Natural Gas Rate Case

On February 13, 2008, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued an order in Cause No. 43298, approving the rate case settlement agreement between the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) and Vectren Energy Delivery. The OUCC and Vectren filed the agreement on November 16, 2007.

The order and agreement will affect base rates for customers in the "Vectren North" service territory, which covers 49 central, south-central and southeastern Indiana counties formerly served by Indiana Gas Co.

Electric and natural gas rates for Vectren South customers in southwestern Indiana were not at issue in this proceeding.

A copy of the IURC order is available by clicking here. The 3-megabyte document includes the settlement agreement and is 68 pages in length; it is in PDF format and will open in a new window.
