Citizens Thermal Energy Rate Case
On October 30, 2007, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued a final order in Cause No. 43201, approving a settlement agreement among Citizens Thermal Energy, the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC), and a group of industrial customers that intervened in the case.

The OUCC issued a June 15 news release to invite written consumer comments on this case.
