Auburn Municipal Water

The City of Auburn is seeking IURC approval of new water rates in a recently filed case.

The utility filed its petition and testimony in September 2017. The OUCC is scheduled to file testimony on January 17, 2018.

Auburn's current water rates were approved in 1999.

Municipal sewer utilities are exempt from IURC oversight. Their rates are set by elected city and town councils.
