On September 12, 2012, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued an order approving a settlement agreement between the City of Lebanon Utilities and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC). To view the order and agreement, please click here (28 pages). The OUCC filed testimony supporting the agreement on July 26, 2012.

An IURC public field hearing was held on June 11 in Lebanon, with the OUCC issuing news releases on April 10  and May 23 to invite consumer comments.

Lebanon is one of 11 municipal electric utilities under IURC jurisdiction.
