River's Edge Utility Investigation
On May 21, 2008, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued an interim order in its investigation of River's Edge Utility, Inc., a privately owned water and wastewater utility in Clark County. A public field hearing in this case was held on April 11, 2007 in Charlestown.
