Vision Statement

The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs’ (OCRA) vision is to work with local, state, and national partners to provide resources and technical assistance to aid rural communities in shaping their visions for economic development.   OCRA was created under House Enrolled Act (2005), making rural areas a major focus for the first time in Indiana’s history.
