Mission Statement: To represent all Indiana consumers to ensure quality, reliable utility services at the most reasonable prices possible through dedicated advocacy, consumer education and creative problem solving.

Overall Performance:

Number of Continuances Requested (due to factors within OUCC's control)

Percentage of cases with either testimony filed, or sufficient information explaining notice of intent

Initiation of a Litigation Strategy Plan within 7 business days of the filing date

External Affairs: Percentage of consumer inquiries responded to within one business day

Public Information Office: Responding to Media Calls within 4 hours of receipt
