The nine pilot communities that have been selected to participate in the Indiana HomeTown Competitiveness (IHTC) program include the Town of Alexandria, Decatur County, Town of Ferdinand, Greene County, Henry County, Lawrence County, Town of Oxford, Washington County, and White County. IHTC offers a comprehensive approach to community and rural development.
