Latino Affairs Overview
As rural Indiana becomes more diverse, communities are presented with both opportunities and challenges for growth. The challenges will not be overcome and the opportunities will not be effectively utilized, unless there is a focus on a broader set of common values and mutual respect, as opposed to a focus on differences. This initiative aims to work with communities, especially elected officials, to accommodate rural communities’ diverse populations in striving to reach their visions for the future.
