This 1,500-seat covered, scenic amphitheatre is located among the thick woods of Lincoln State Park. The world premiere of Lincoln will take place in June 2009 on the very grounds where Abraham Lincoln grew up. A new theatrical experience unlike any other, the story of the man considered by many to be the greatest U.S. president is expected to be a highpoint of the national celebration of the bicentennial of Lincoln's birth.

Audience members of all ages will gain an insight into the life of the man whose legacy continues to forge the future.
