Creating a User Account
If you are a resident of the state of Indiana but your IP address is not
recognized as being within
the state of Indiana you will need to create a user account.
- Choose the “Help” tab from the top navigation menu
- Choose “Create Account” from the drop down menu
- Complete the online registration form
- You will receive a temporary password that will be good for 14 days.

You will receive your permanent password through the mail within 14
business days; this
password will be your permanent password and last for 365 days.
