Calling All Future Library Leaders: Apply Today for 2014 InLLA

Indiana Library Leadership AcademyThe Indiana State Library is calling on all future library leaders to apply for the 2014 Indiana Librarian Leadership Academy (InLLA). This is a great opportunity to learn from field experts, network with the next generation of library leaders, and understand the major landscape changes within the library industry

The State Library's Professional Development Committee established the Academy to prepare emerging library leaders for 21st-Century challenges. Future and current library leaders of all backgrounds, with all kinds of experience, and in all types of libraries are encouraged to apply for the 3rd-annual program.

Members of the Indiana State Library Professional Development Committee will review all applications as part of a competitive selection process. Only applications completed by the deadline, including all letters of reference, and meet requirements will be considered.

The deadline to submit the online application is April 1, 2014. Please contact Emily Schaber, Certification Program Consultant, at 317-234-6217 or emschaber@library.in.gov for more information. Visit www.in.gov/library/illa.htm for members and projects of previous cohorts.
