The Little Cedar Grove Baptist Church was organized in 1805 in Franklin County, Indiana by settlers from North Carolina. By 1830, there were approximately 160 members in the congregation.
Scope and Content Note:
The collection includes one leather bound minute book of the Little Cedar Grove Baptist Church, with entries from October 5, 1806-April 3, 1830. Also included in the book are names of the members (both male and female) and the rules from the church. Some pages are loose.
