Biographical Note:

Ralph E. Baldwin was born on 30 December 1924 in Crawford County, Illinois to Howard and Edythe Baldwin. He married Patricia Ann Koepp on 14 August 1947. Baldwin worked for the Allison Division of General Motors in Indianapolis as an engineering technician; he retired in 1980.
