Biographical Note:

Peter and Emily Bush, Joseph Gadory and Charles Valin were residents of Lake City, Rice County, Territory of Minnesota in 1857.

Scope and Content Note:

The collection is a warranty deed, dated February 19, 1857, transferring ownership of Lots 7 and 8 of Block 23 of the town of Lake City from Peter and Emily Bush to Joseph A. Gadory and Charles Valin for the sum of $200.
