Biographical Note:
William Ausich was born February 2, 1952 in Kewanee, Illinois. In 1978 he graduated from Indiana University with a Ph.D. in Geology. After graduation, he became a professor of Paleontology at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

Scope and Content Note:
This collection contains two copies of a paleontological review of the Clifty Creek Lake, Wabash River Valley Basin. The project was funded by the U.S. Corps of Engineers, Louisville District.
