E-Rate is the discount telecommunication program available to schools and libraries from the federal government. ENA is the managed Internet service provider in Indiana for E-Rate eligible schools and libraries.

Technology Plans

Technology Plans are required by the State of Indiana in order for public libraries to meet standards. If your library applies for E-rate (for anything other than single line voice services) you must have your Technology Plan Approved by the State Library.
