A city block long row of hatches on an ore carrier stand open to recieve the Hulett un-loaders, which will empty the ship's cargo of iron ore in less than 6 hours. The unloading of ore and stone at Gary Steel Works as well as the loading of finished steel makes the harbor one of the "busiest little ports in the world."
