Biographical Note:

Horace R. Peters was born circa 1863 in Wisconsin. He was a dentist by profession and lived in Wabash Township of Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Peters’ first wife, Laura Belle Park, had been married twice before her marriage to Peters.
