Biographical Note:

Edward Bailly was born July 26, 1886 in St. Paul Minnesota. He was the son of Frank and Mary Bailly. He worked as a lawyer in New York City.

Charles Hambleton was born about 1839 in Ohio. He served with the 2nd West Virginia Regiment during the Civil War. He married Marie Louise Bailly.
