Biographical Note:

Don Albietz was born in Bedford, Indiana.  He attended Indiana State University and SMU.  After graduation, he returned to Indiana, where he took a job in construction.  In 1975, he was the property manager of Chain O Lakes State Park. 

Scope and Content Note:

This collection contains a tape and transcript of an interview with Don Albietz, conducted by Susan Bell of the Indiana State Library.  In the interview, Albietz discusses his work as a property manager and his experiences working with inmates from local prisons.
