William C. Brown was born in Wayne County, Indiana around 1841, the son of William Saxton and Harriet Brown. Brown worked as a Quaker minister. He was married to Sarah J. Parker.
The collection contains information taken from old newspaper clippings, Brown’s diary and his family bible, listing some family history, as well as a listing of some of his favorite teachers, classmates and friends in Wayne County.
