Please Note: Your chat session will generate a chat ID number and you will receive an email containing a log of the chat session. If you want to follow up and Check Your Questions and Answers you will need to create a password the first time you visit our "Check your Questions and Answers" page. Use the address in the email notification you receive to set up your account.
