, notice is hereby given that on September 5, 2007, at 1:00 p.m., at the Northwest Indiana Regional Planning Commission, 6100 Southport Road, Portage, Indiana,
the Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on a supplementary notice of rule review, regarding a list of rules under Title 326 of the Indiana Administrative Code required to be noticed every seven years, but which are not subject to expiration.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public regarding the rules listed in the supplementary notice of rule review. The board, after considering the comments, IDEM's responses, and testimony given at the hearing, will direct IDEM on whether additional rulemaking actions must be initiated to address concerns about particular rules. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their view concerning the supplementary notice of rule review. Oral statements will be heard, but, for the accuracy of the record, all comments should be submitted in writing.
