LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION SUBCOMMITTEE

The Legislative Council Economic Development Corporation Subcommittee is responsible for preparing legislation for introduction in the 2004 Regular Session of the General Assembly to organize and correct statutes affected by the transfer of responsibilities to:
    1. the office of energy policy;
    2. the department of tourism and community development; and
    3. the Indiana economic development corporation;
by HEA 1001(2003).
