INTERIM STUDY COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC POLICY

The Interim Study Committee on Public Policy was established to study the following subjects in 2001:

    A.    Effect of utility rates and property tax rates on the elderly (HCR 13)

    B.    Payments in lieu of taxes ("PILOTS") for state-owned land (HR 113)

    C.    Assessment of farmland preservation parcels (SCR 57)
