INTERIM STUDY COMMITTEE ON STATE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES
The Interim Study Committee on State Administration Issues shall study the following issues:
A. Study issues of predatory lending (HR 89)
B. Evaluate the need for continuing education requirements for occupations and
professions regulated by the Professional Licensing Agency (Legislative Council)
C. Study the possibility of requiring not less than one-half of certain continuing education
requirements to be earned from long distance learning courses. (SCR 63)
D. Study the hiring practices, salary structure, and other employment practices of state
agencies (SB 388)
E. Study the impact of the federal AIR 21 act on Indiana airports, including the need for
additional appropriations to and staffing for the aeronautics section of the Indiana
Department of Transportation (INDOT) (Legislative Council)
