INTERIM STUDY COMMITTEE ON BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLE ISSUES

The Interim Study Committee on Bureau of Motor Vehicle Issues is charged with the following issues:

A. Study the operations, use of technology for automated delivery of services, cost of operation and the financing of the bureau of motor vehicles (BMV) and the BMV commission (HB 1639- 99, HR 71-99, HB 2037-99) B. Study the plausibility of privatizing the operations of the BMV (SCR 75-99)
