The Legislative Evaluation and Oversight Subcommittee is a subcommittee of the Legislative
Council. It consists of four members of the Council so that each caucus of the General Assembly
is represented on the Subcommittee.
Subject to the direction of the Legislative Council, the Legislative Evaluation and Oversight
Policy Subcommittee shall do the following:

(2) Direct the staff in performing audits of agencies and programs.
(3) Assist the evaluation committees in performing the duties of reviewing audit reports, taking testimony, and making recommendations for legislation or administrative changes.
