The IDEM Staffing Subcommittee makes recommendations to the Environmental Quality Service Council (EQSC) concerning:
    (1) resources and structural capabilities of  the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) to meet IDEM's priorities; and
    (2) program requirements and resource requirements for IDEM.
