SEC. 3. There is hereby appropriated to the commission the sum of
two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), or so much thereof as
is necessary, out of the state general fund, for its use in acquiring a site
and procuring and adopting a design for the erection and construction
of a governor's mansion.
All monies appropriated by this section shall not revert to the state
general fund at the close of any fiscal year, but shall remain available
for the use of the commission until such time as the provisions of this
act are fulfilled.
