Organization
Sec. 2. The board of trustees of Indiana University may:
(1) elect one (1) member from the board to serve as president of
the board of trustees;
(2) elect a treasurer, secretary, and other officers they determine
necessary; and
(3) prescribe the duties and fix the compensation of:
(A) the president, treasurer, and secretary of the board of
trustees; and
(B) the other officers of the board of trustees determined by
the board to be necessary.

Benefits; salary per diem; travel expenses
Sec. 3. (a) A member of the board of trustees of Ivy Tech
Community College is entitled to the minimum salary per diem
provided by IC 4-10-11-2.1(b), unless the member holds another
position that is considered a lucrative office within the meaning of
Article 2, Section 9 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana.
(b) A member of the board of trustees of Ivy Tech Community
College is entitled to reimbursement for travel expenses and other
expenses actually incurred in connection with the member's duties as
provided in the state policies and procedures established by the
Indiana department of administration and approved by the budget
agency.

Benefits; salary per diem; travel expenses
Sec. 5. Each member of the board of trustees of the University of
Southern Indiana is entitled to the minimum salary per diem provided
by IC 4-10-11-2.1(b). Each member is also entitled to reimbursement
for traveling expenses and other expenses actually incurred in
connection with the member's duties, as provided in the state travel
policies and procedures established by the department of
administration and approved by the budget agency.

Benefits; salary per diem; reimbursement of expenses
Sec. 6. The members of the board of trustees of Vincennes
University shall serve without compensation, except that each
member is entitled to the salary per diem as provided by
IC 4-10-11-2.1 and to reimbursement for travel, lodging, meals, and
other expenses as provided in the state travel policies and procedures
established by the Indiana department of administration and
approved by the budget agency.
