Chapter 1. Applicability

IC 20-31-1-1
Applicability to schools
     Sec. 1. This article applies only to the following:
        (1) Public schools.
        (2) Except as provided in IC 20-31-7 and IC 20-31-9, nonpublic schools that voluntarily become accredited under IC 20-19-2-8.
