Enforcement; attorney general; prosecuting attorney
Sec. 2. This article may be enforced by any appropriate action in
the name of the state of Indiana, filed and conducted by the attorney
general or the appropriate prosecuting attorney.

Injunctions
Sec. 3. (a) If a person engages in the business of a livestock
dealer, including employing an individual to act on the person's
behalf, without a license required under this article:
(1) the attorney general;
(2) the board or the board's representative;
(3) the prosecuting attorney; or
(4) a resident of the county in which the person engaged in the
business of dealing without a license;
may maintain an action in the name of the state to enjoin the person
from continuing the violation.
(b) An injunction granted under this section does not relieve a
person from any criminal prosecution allowed for the person's
violation of this article.
(c) A complaint for an injunction is sufficient if it alleges that:
(1) on a certain date; and
(2) in a specific county;
the person engaged in business as a livestock dealer and did not have
a valid license required under this article.
(d) If an injunction is granted in an action brought by a resident
of the county, the court shall order the defendant to pay reasonable
attorney's fees to the plaintiff's attorney.
