312 IAC 9-11-2 to change the requirement of an examination of an animal by a licensed veterinarian to 45 days after the issuance of a wild animal possession permit. Amends
312 IAC 9-11-6 by adding a definition of "Class I wild animal". Amends
312 IAC 9-11-7 by adding a definition of "Class II wild animal". Amends
312 IAC 9-11-8 by adding definition "Class III wild animal". Makes other technical amendments. Repeals
312 IAC 9-5-2,
312 IAC 9-5-3,
312 IAC 9-10-2, and
