The Air Pollution Control Board gives notice that the date of the public hearing for LSA Document #07-840, posted at 20071219-IR-326070840FDA, has been changed. The changed Notice of Public Hearing appears below:

Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, IC 13-14-8, and IC 13-14-9, notice is hereby given that on March 5, 2008, at 1:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room A, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on amendments concerning redesignation of Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, and Shelby counties to attainment for the 8-hour ozone standard at 326 IAC 1-4.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to adoption of this rule by the board. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their view concerning the proposed amendments. Oral statements will be heard, but, for the accuracy of the record, all comments should be submitted in writing.
