Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Real Estate Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: This rule makes changes and clarification to
876 IAC 3-5 regarding the amount of continuing education hours needed to renew an appraiser license expiring June 30, 2008. Clarifies that, due to the six month extension of license validity, it does not diminish the amount of continuing education hours required, but rather establishes it on a prorated basis for the additional six months. Amends
876 IAC 3-5 to comply with the Financial Institutions Recovery, Reform, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (12 U.S.C. 3331-3351) (Title XI).
