Notice of First Public Comment Period with Proposed Rule: 20240417-IR-760240151FNA

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on May 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at 311 West Washington Street, Suite 103, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOI) will hold a public hearing on a new rule concerning the all payer claims data base registration and data submission requirements for health payers.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the IDOI. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rule.

If the IDOI does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.
