TITLE 465 DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SERVICES

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on April 23, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 3, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Child Services (DCS) will hold a public hearing on amendments to 465 IAC 3-2-3 concerning clarification of rights and administrative remedies to employees and the general public.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by DCS. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments.

If DCS does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.
