TITLE 170 INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on April 22, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) will hold a public hearing on amendments to 170 IAC 4-10 concerning cost securitization of retired electric utility assets.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the IURC. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments.

If the IURC does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.

The public may attend the IURC public hearing in person or join using the information posted at https://www.in.gov/iurc/rulemakings/rulemakings-pending-and-effective/rm-23-02-regarding-170-iac-4-10/.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the IURC, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 E, Indianapolis, Indiana and on the IURC website listed in this notice, and are open for public inspection and copying.
